You pay only for a successful hire. If our graduate doesn’t accept your offer, or if you don’t find a suitable candidate, you won't pay a dime.

How much am I required to pay for a successful hire?

It's 50% of the graduate's salary, one time only.

Who should notify Mate of the hiring?

Mate academy should be notified by you, the employer, on the day the agreement is signed.

How much time do I have to pay the fee?

30 calendar days since the graduate starts work.
