Team Project is one of the strongest parts of the Mate academy course. You run a real group project with other Polish Mate students from different tracks (Frontend + QA + Performance Marketing + Data Analyst etc.) — you work in Scrum, with daily standups, sprints, retrospectives. This is exactly what recruiters look for in a junior — it proves you can work in a team, communicate, deliver tasks on time. Lasts about 4 weeks, including exposure to an external mentor-coordinator. The project goes into your portfolio and will often be discussed in job interviews. Team Project happens exclusively with Polish Mate students, in Polish as the working language (source: Mate academy data 2026).
