The reason: buying a course at 35+ is a deliberate, considered decision, so these students reach the end even when it gets hard. They also bring professional discipline from a previous life — they know how to organize their time, how to communicate with a mentor, how not to give up after the first setback. The only constraint: we offer the employment guarantee only to people who will be of working age at the end of the course (before retirement age).
