Answer:
Onboarding on Monday at 19:00 (~1 hour) to meet the platform, mentors, and learning process. Then you start from the first module at your own pace.
Your first day as a Mate academy student starts with onboarding — a weekly meeting with the coordinator for new students of all courses. It happens on Mondays at 19:00, lasts about 1 hour. At onboarding: you meet the education coordinator, mentors, learn how the platform works, how to use chats and Q&A sessions, how to organize learning, how the job-search process works. After onboarding you have full access to the first course module and can start learning at your own pace immediately. Most students spend the first 1–2 weeks getting familiar with the platform and the first modules — no pressure. Mentor support is available from day one (source: Mate academy data 2026).
