The end-to-end case is a serial-production copter from idea to manufacturing. You will finish with a ready specification, stakeholder map, schedule, budget and risk register for your portfolio. Expert workshops take place every two weeks, mentor Q&A sessions twice a week, and mentor support is available from 08:00 to 21:00.

What is MilTech, and how does project management differ in this field?
MilTech covers military and dual-use technologies: drones, communications equipment, optics, ammunition and other hardware-based weapons systems. Unlike software, a physical product moves from requirements definition to serial production. A MilTech project manager therefore works not only with sprints and backlogs, but also with manufacturing and supply constraints.
