Typical transition: 2–3 years as PM → Product Manager or Delivery Lead. Useful for the move: understanding of analytics, UX research, product discovery. Mate academy doesn't teach Product Management separately, but the PM base makes the move feasible. Hesitation at the start is completely normal. The main thing is to try.
